Where KYC documentation reveals that a User is or was under the minimum age at any point during their use of the Service, their account will be closed immediately and all funds, including winnings, may be withheld pending review. The 18+ minimum age requirement does not constitute a representation that gambling is legal for persons of that age in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Service. Each individual may hold only one registered account on py999. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same device, same payment method or same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and may result in the forfeiture of balances and bonuses pending review.

You must not share your account details with any third party. py999 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify py999 support immediately via the live chat or registered email channel. py999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account.
py999 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or regulatory and compliance requirements. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support, subject to any outstanding wagering or verification requirements.

Users may access the Service via web browser on desktop or mobile device. py999 does not currently offer a dedicated downloadable application. Access to the platform must only be through official py999 channels at https://py999.cam.
Deposits to a py999 account may be made through payment methods listed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other services in the Cashier are provided as familiar local payment references only and do not imply that these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions. Users must verify the availability and applicable terms of their chosen payment provider independently.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in PKR in the Cashier and are subject to change. py999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold a deposit pending verification at its discretion.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) full KYC verification being completed and approved; (b) the account name on record matching the name on the withdrawal payment method; (c) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses having been met; and (d) the account being in good standing with no open disputes or compliance holds.
py999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows are determined by the operator's current procedures and are communicated in the Cashier. Users should not treat any indicative timeframe as a contractual commitment.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. Where a payment method involves a currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. py999 is not responsible for any variance in PKR value resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
py999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, VIP tier rewards, refer-a-friend credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made.
Unless explicitly stated as wagering-free, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any derived funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible game categories are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and wagering requirements are assessed separately from real-money balance. Playing with bonus funds does not reduce your real-money balance.
Bonuses are available only to eligible accounts as defined in the specific promotion terms. Duplicate accounts, accounts with mismatched identity information, and accounts that have previously violated these Terms are not eligible for bonuses. py999 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim bonus amounts if eligibility conditions are not met.

Voided bets are returned as stake to the user's account balance.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, or — where no date is specified — immediately upon publication.
